CINDAR offers:
- Dispute Avoidance through its Right Outcomes for Project Environments (ROPE) methodology.
- Dispute Avoidance through a range of agreeable Alternative Dispute Resolution (aADR) procedures.
- Knowledge in a Bottle through which people can learn to apply ROPE and aADR tools to best effect.

OUR KEY SERVICES
Avoiding Disputes with ROPE Management
Even in the simplest of lump sum contracts, there are hidden costs needed to administer the contract. These are exacerbated when difficulties arise such as miscommunications, late instructions, poor information, late payments, lack of progress and so forth. Conflict soon pops up its ugly head. Knowing how to manage things is the key to smooth contract performance. Our Dispute Avoidance and Resolution Toolbox (DART) ensures your project "Starts Right, Stays Right and Ends Right". We call this concept ROPE Management (Right Outcomes for Project Environments".
Resolving Disputes with aADR
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) has become an increasingly popular method for resolving disputes in recent years. Traditionally, ADR encompasses a range of processes and procedures including, most notably, adjudication. Sure, it's fast - but it's no longer cheap. Nor is it always the best way for parties to resolve their disputes. CINDAR offer a unique perspective on the dispute resolution process. We call this agreeable Alternative Dispute Resolution (aADR). And we generally carry it out at a flat rate of 3% of the sum claimed, irrespective of value.
