Application to become a Project Neutral

CINDAR operates a system of grading Project Neutrals as Bronze, Silver and Gold according to expertise and experience.  This grading is at the discretion of CINDAR and is for our purposes only.  Details of the grading criteria are not published.  If you feel that you might meet our strict criteria then we would be pleased to hear from you.  Applications from people with limited experience are welcomed for assessment as Bronze Neutrals.  We have plans for the development of future training courses that would assist you to reach Silver and Gold levels.  There is no charge to make an application and no joining fee if approved.

If you wish to be considered for appointment as a CINDAR Project Neutral then please complete the Application form below.   All bona fide applications will be responded to.  CINDAR reserves the right to reject without reason any application.  Successful candidates will be provided with a draft project Neutral Agreement and a Welcome Pack.  It takes around 6 weeks for an application to be verified.  Please do not enquire before that time has elapsed.  Note: Membership of adjudication panels is no guarantee that you will be accepted by CINDAR for its unique programme of dispute avoidance and resolution.
