Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) has become an increasingly popular method for resolving disputes in recent years.  Traditionally, ADR encompasses a range of processes including, most notably, adjudication.  This has become the construction industry's common method of dispute resolution.  Sure, it's fast - but it's no longer cheap.  Nor is it always the best way for the parties to resolve disputes.  CINDAR offers a unique perspective on the dispute resolution process.  We call this the Alternative to Alternative Dispute Resolution.
