Collaborative Assurance Suite
Executive Summary
The Collaborative Assurance Suite (CAS) is a new digital and consultancy product designed to operationalise the "good faith" and collaborative requirements of the JCT 24 series of contract. By integrating our ROPE philosophy with practical tools, CAS enables clients, head contractors and consultants to move beyond "promises to play nicely" towards measurable, actionable, collaboration. CAS includes a project health check, a dynamic RACI chart and our unique Partnering Temperature Index (PTI) and Executive Dispute Resolution (EDR) protocol.
JCT Contracts now require parties to collaborate
The introduction of JCT24 mandates that parties "work with each other...in a cooperative and collaborative manner, in good faith and in a spirit of trust and respect". However, the industry lacks practical tools to measure and enforce this. While our ROPE framework offers a disciplined method for navigating complexity, and tools exist to monitor relationships, there is currently no single integrated product that combines execution frameworks with contractual compliance. CAS fills this gap by providing the "how-to" for the JCT24 mandate.
