Reflection and Testimonials

Thank you for your efforts yesterday  in resolving what has been a very protracted and long running dispute.  I thought I would pass on some comments from my client this morning about how impressed they were with the way you handled the matter and in helping to facilitate settlement.

 Solicitor, Cambridge

Your input has proved to be invaluable providing a unique standpoint opinion of a UCLH Framework Consultant, a process document writer familiar with best practice, a building contract administrator and legal adviser, all rolled into one.

Programme Manager, Capital Investment Dept, University College London Hospitals

A big thank you for all your support, advice and guidance over the last month or so on this procurement exercise.  We have really appreciated (and very much needed)  your support ... thank you.  You have put in a huge amount of effort over the past week and we have managed to meet our deadlines and have a happy client.

Finding talent is hard and you had the winning formula.

Senior Adviser, Scottish Government

A new approach focused on an open and honest dialogue, Doug always remained impartial and the whole mood and feel of the project lifted with the addition of just one individual.

Site Manager, Willmot Dixon

It's a difficult role when you're a customer PM and you're managing the construction team on site and the requirement to be impartial is not often witnessed, but it has been with Doug and therefore we always knew where we stood, and we knew that any decisions that Doug made would be correct and with the right intent.
