These include:
  1.  The CINDAR guide to Collaborative Working - a "how-to" guide in the use of the tools.
  2. A Communications Plan template - to guide the collaborative effort and ensure clear, open lines of communication are maintained.
  3. A Risk Management template - to identify, evaluate and manage risks in a pro-active manner so that costs can be predicted with greater confidence.
  4. A Value Management template - to drive out waste in the project and introduce lean thinking to the construction process.
  5. The Project Pricing Mechanism - to fairly apportion between the contracting parties those cost savings made against the approved budget through improved procurement effort.
  6. The Relationship Monitor - to measure the state of the underlying project dynamic and identify potential for disputation.
